I had an issue with Uplay took two days to get my account back because I forgot my password, and for whatever reason their site wouldn't let me do my password forget, but this was years ago, issue to this I only redeem games keys from Steam to uplay, and well it took awhile for them to accept my proof of screenshot, and account link to my Steam account. I used to use live chat with them years ago, not sure why they removed it, I assume related to high scam going on where people act like support via chat adding people, but that just my guess on it.

I have an issue with blizzard that handle issue removing dead 2FA keychain from account, they have a bad method how to manage this problem that you have to contact them with no choice, but took them about hour to reply back, lucky so me *not really* I got one of the lazy and not trained well supports asking dumb questions that can't be answer since Blizzard won't allow multiple accounts to use the same phone number, and asked me what my phone number on the account which is not possible as it doesn't have one to begin with, and won't help until I provide proof of phone number on it, but I sent another ticket and 30 mins later got reply from another one that actually does their job, and read what I said, and fix my problem on the 1st reply back to me which was great, but that was my case with blizzard last year.
And once people learn about it, and getting used to this they just assume they reply within a day at most. There are some impatient people online that assume support to fix problems within minutes right after submitting a ticket/email which isn't true as some people don't realize queue exist to put people in order for from important cases such as lost account, to not so important case such as asking questions, support has to handle things in order, and if there a mass amount of tickets then likely may not hear right away, but if there not a lot of tickets they may hear from them within hour, or so. Epic is good far as I seen on reddit when someone talks about them that about it. Services may vary depending on the scale of how many support staff there is as well how trained they are to quickly handle tickets on a daily versus how many people making tickets daily. This is the best response from a customer service that I've had in a lifetime. Then, I try to submit a ticket to Epic Games that said my account email has been changed and I want their help to revert the email to mine, and holy schmoly, in 30 minutes they ALREADY revert the email back to mine and send me a password reset to MY email. Their response is quite fast, it's about 6 hours since I submit the ticket, but they only tell me to email the problem to their support, so it's still going on and I still have to wait.īlizzard also took a long time to process my ticket. first, I send a ticket to MiHoYo that says my account has been hacked and the email has been changed, and I want them to help me restore the email to mine. I live in ASIA, which, not in America or Europe, and then 1 day, my email has been hacked, and the hacker also hack my other accounts such as my MiHoYo account, Blizzard account, and epic games account.Īfter I get back my email and fixing my security on my email, I send a ticket to another account that has been hacked too.
